Joel P. Sybrowsky, President

Mr. Sybrowsky is the founder and former Executive Vice President of DynamicCity Inc where he was key in securing $175 million to fund and develop America's largest open-access fiber-optic network. DynamicCity Inc. was sold in 2007 to PacketFront AB, based in Stockholm. Prior to DynamicCity, Sybrowsky co-founded Management Dynamics, a SAAS solution for libraries and educational institutions in US and Canada subsequently selling the Company to by Baker & Taylor, the world's leading wholesale and distributor of books.

Mr. Sybrowsky is involved in various civic and non-profit organizations, including the Utah Valley University Library Board, the Lucina Foundation, and Boy Scouts of America. He received both his Bachelors and Masters from Brigham Young University.

Ken Johnson, CFO

After his career at Ernst and Young, Johnson spent the next 20 years in the technology and real estate industries. Johnson held executive finance positions with CyberCash, Inc. (acquired by PayPal), and Network Access Solutions, an early builder and provider of DSL broadband services, In those positions he helped raise $130 million through IPO’s. Prior to joining Lodging Dynamics, Johnson served as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer with Orr Partners, LLC, and, as Controller for a national developer of retail malls, responsible for the accounting operations of over 50 entities.

Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree with Information Systems emphasis, both from Brigham Young University.

Scott McAllister,  Chief Operating Officer

Mr. McAllister is a former Area Vice President of Lodging Development for Marriott International.  McAllister generated over $250M in new hotel value for Marriott International over six years of hotel development in that position.  Prior to serving as an Area Vice President, Scott was the Senior Regional Director, CFRST for the Western Region overseeing 16 Marriott Select Brands in Arizona, including 15 hotels in Phoenix, 2 in Tucson and 1 in Flagstaff. McAllister also served Marriott as a Director leading, overseeing and creating revenue management strategies in the Utah/Salt Lake City and key California markets where he received numerous awards.

Mr. McAllister is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Business.

Nate Taylor, Vice President, Finance

Mr. Taylor has 8 years of development experience in the hospitality industry. Taylor is returning to Lodging Dynamics after successfully serving as director of hospitality development at PEG Development where he managed hotel development projects worth nearly $90 million. During his prior tenure with Lodging Dynamics, Taylor was key in helping grow the company from managing 3 hotels to managing 20 hotels and oversaw development and construction of new hotels. Prior to Lodging Dynamics, Taylor held executive positions in several technology companies. Throughout his career, Taylor has been key in raising nearly $200 million for various projects.

Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Cory Turner, Vice President, Development

Mr. Turner has started, acquired, grown, and sold multiple companies across multiple industries – including the real estate industry. Turner co-founded Millhaven Development and Millhaven Homes, a Utah-based development and construction group focusing on the development of mid and upper-scale residential communities where he was responsible for project identification, selection, underwriting, financing, design, and entitlements. Under Turner’s leadership the company grew Millhaven from startup to over $33 million in total revenue. In 2014, Turner successfully exited Millhaven through a sale.  Prior to Millhaven, Cory held executive positions with companies in the real estate, technology and telecom industries.

Turner earned an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in mechanical engineering, and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
